ISO 9001:2000 Standard
The IT industry, unlike many industries, is not regulated; therefore it is down to the individual IT companies to work to their own written standards.
Our chosen path for our standards was to introduce ISO 9001:2000 throughout our organisation, which provides a valuable framework for our staff and our clients. Working to a documented standard means that our service levels are always consistent; and through the management process we are always looking for ways to improve our services for our clients, making sure we learn from problems or issues which arise.
