Our Technical Support department is extremely capable when looking after your issues and faults - liaising with you in a calm and gentle manner no matter what your proficiency level within IT.
As Investors in People all our staff have been trained to various levels and have a full range of qualifications, so that we can cater for all your IT support by providing you with the skills you need. Qualifications and accreditation are important to our team (as often many IT providers do not have the relevant training); however we feel that as professionals in our industry we should prove our own ability, so that our clients know the commitment of the individuals providing their support. As our team will be accessing your systems; applying changes and repairing issues which occur, you need to be certain that the individuals working on your systems are trained and qualified in providing the right support, and that they are able to protect your data (your most valuable asset) at all costs.
All technical team members have some or all of the following qualifications.
• COMP TIA A+
• COMP TIA N+
• Microsoft Certified Professional
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
• CISCO Certified Network Administrator
In addition to technical qualifications, all our staff are also trained in Microsoft Office Professional and RAC Road Safety Awareness, as well as various other targeted courses.
