
Computer Service Centre offers its own unique and exceptional support system called Proactive Monitoring.
Performing daily checks on systems and waiting for reports from staff or clients, that they are experiencing problems, are the traditional methods used by most IT companies (and internal IT support desks), to manage or provide support; however, we have found a far more efficient and cost-effective way to complete these checks; we have designed a system which monitors our clients’ networks pro actively. Critical checks, such as power or temperature, are monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with our new monitoring solution system, which not only alerts us to problems, but is also a useful tool in diagnosing problems far more quickly than with other traditional fault finding methods.
How?
From our it support desk which is located in Norwich, our Proactive Support system monitors your core network infrastructure. It checks for failing items, such as network performance and server temperatures; it will even check if you have inserted the day’s backup tape! During your transition to our Proactive Support system, you will be visited and the system will be explained to you by a Support Engineer in more detail.
Obviously, this is not the only element of our support agreement, as we still offer you our own dedicated call centre, which has been providing telephone and remote support since 1997. For those who do not know, remote support is where we take control of your mouse and keyboard from our offices, safely and securely. We can then repair problems with your computer or printer without needing to visit your site, saving valuable time, as well as being far greener to the environment.
