As an Account Manager in the Solutions Team, your responsibility is to understand, anticipate and deliver the IT needs of your established client base. You will need quickly to build an understanding of your clients, all of whom rely on Computer Service Centre to deliver their IT. Equally, you will need to swiftly absorb knowledge of the products and services we provide, and an understanding of how these relate to one another.

Our team operates in a fast-paced environment, processing the demands and requests of many clients every day, and we set and meet high expectations. It is therefore likely that the successful candidate will have experience of an account management or service delivery role in the IT sector.
