
Aaron Swanborough
Support Department Manager
Having grown up in Gloucestershire, Aaron completed his A-levels and an HND in Business Management before holding the position of Support Team Manager for a Cheltenham based IT company. Aaron moved to Norwich in 2006 and started working for Computer Service Centre as a member of our Support team. Further to completing his A+ and Network+, Aaron is currently Support Department Manager and his responsibilities include managing the Support team, ensuring all cases are resolved promptly and accurately, as well as liaising with all customers to maintain a high level of customer care. Aaron is a keen Rugby player and is Captain of the Norwich Rugby Club 1st XV.

Chris Mallett
Support Technician
Having grown up in Great Yarmouth and after attending Oriel High School and Great Yarmouth College, Chris started his working life as a Chef before re-training and joining Computer Service Centre as a Support Technician in July 2008. Chris soon gained his A+ certification and as a member of our Support team, is responsible for resolving cases for our customers either by telephone, remotely or on site. Outside work, Chris enjoys playing various sports and is a keen online gamer.

Tim Moore
Support Engineer
Prior to joining Computer Service Centre, Tim worked in an Internal IT Department for a large international retailer in Middlesex. He also has experience as an EPOS Engineer and Project Management. Tim is a Support Engineer in our Support team providing day to day assistance to our customers. To date Tim has completed his Network+ and Microsoft Certified Professional certifications and is passionate about developing his skills further. In his spare time Tim enjoys walking, cycling and photography.

Ben Patrick
Support Technician
Ben attended Sir John Leman High School in Beccles, where he completed an ICT & Business Studies A-level before attending City College Norwich where he completed his Advanced Diploma in IT Practitioner Level 3 course in 2009. Ben joined Computer Service Centre as an apprentice in our Support team in September 2009 and his main responsibilities include resolving cases by email, telephone or remotely. Outside work, Ben is a member of the Gillingham cricket team.

Jonathan Rump
Support Technician
After attending Sprowston High School and growing up in Norwich, Jonathan started working for a local IT company before working in the internal IT department of a large local firm of consulting engineers, where he was employed for eight years. Jonathan joined Computer Service Centre as a Support Technician in January 2010 and provides telephone, remote and on site support to our customers.

Andy Roberts
Support Technician
Originally from Hertfordshire, Andy moved to Norfolk in 1999 where he continued his education at Caister High School, before attending Great Yarmouth College where he completed his Advanced Vocational Certificate of Education in IT and an AS level in Electronics. Having gained 8 years’ experience in IT support as in-house IT Support Technician for a local estate agency and then a local IT support company, Andy joined Computer Service Centre as a Support Technician in July 2011. Andy’s main responsibilities include resolving cases by email, telephone or remotely. Outside work, Andy enjoys cycling and occasional power kiting.

Tom Blake
Support Technician
Norwich born Tom is our junior Support Technician, having joined Computer Service Centre in June 2011. An IT enthusiast since a young age, Tom brings with him a good general knowledge of computing, having studied for his BTEC Level 3 ICT Practitioners qualification at Norwich City College before embarking on his career in IT. Tom’s main responsibilities include raising support cases and solving issues as they arise. In his free time, Tom is a sports fan, particularly enjoying the gym and playing football.

Oliver Knights
Support Technician
Since starting at Computer Service Centre in November 2011 as a Support Technician, Oliver has already put into practice and built upon many of the skills he has learnt whilst reading for a BEng in Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Essex and a BTec National Diploma for IT Practitioners from East Norfolk Sixth Form College. Raised and schooled in Norfolk, Oliver has plenty of experience in developing customer relationships, having worked as a sailing instructor at Centerparcs and is able to use these skills to ensure that our customers are always dealt with in a professional manner. Oliver is a keen amateur photographer and a sailing enthusiast in his spare time.

Robert Gray
Support Engineer
Robert joined Computer Service Centre as a Support Engineer in early 2012 bringing with him a wealth of knowledge gained from his 10 years’ experience in the IT sector. After attending West Suffolk College, where he achieved a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies, Robert embarked on a career in IT and recently expanded his knowledge further by achieving Microsoft Certified Professional status. Originally from Essex and more recently Bury St Edmunds, Robert has just relocated to Norwich. Robert currently spends his free time doing DIY on his new home and is also a keen snowboarder.

David Sutherland
Support Engineer
Having worked in IT across both the private and public sectors for the last 15 years, David has brought a considerable amount of knowledge to the Support Department since joining the team in 2012 as a Support Engineer. David has experience in providing internal IT support at a variety of levels, from Junior Technician right through to managerial responsibilities and his strong focus on delivering excellent customer service has allowed him to fit seamlessly into the team. With qualifications including ITIL v3 Foundation, David offers a best practice approach to all technical issues. Outside working hours, David is a keen reader and is currently working on writing his first novel.
