Michael Crisp

Administration Manager

Having attended Sir John Leman High School in Beccles and after a brief spell working for the family firm, Michael began working at Computer Service Centre in 2001 as a Sales Administration Assistant. In 2004 Michael was promoted to Administration Co-ordinator with his main responsibilities including stock control, credit control, invoicing, Microsoft Licensing and maintaining our Microsoft Partner Program. Michael is a St John First Aider and currently Administration Department Manager.

Jason Ramsbottom

Assistant Accountant

Having grown up in Norwich and after completing his A-levels at City Academy Norwich, Jason joined a well-known accountancy firm in July 2010 as a Junior Accountant. During four and a half years working in the accountancy profession, Jason worked with a variety of businesses and organisations, becoming proficient in Sage accounts, as well as achieving his accreditation as a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2012. Jason joined Computer Service Centre in March 2015 as Accounts Administrator and is responsible for daily accounting routines and preparation of monthly management accounts. Outside work, Jason enjoys training in the gym and spending the rest of his free time socialising with friends.

Sam Pudney

Administration Assistant

Having grown up in Cambridge, shortly after completing his A-Levels Sam pursued a career at John Lewis. Throughout his 6 years as a John Lewis Partner, Sam was based in various different roles and departments. After relocating to Norfolk in February 2017 Sam joined us as our new Administration Assistant. Most recently working in an Administration based role he has brought multiple key skills to the team, as well as a high level customer service experience. Outside work, Sam is a semi-professional singer, who regularly performs at various different events for clubs, weddings, parties etc. In his spare time Sam enjoys spending time with his family, going to watch his beloved football team Tottenham Hotspurs, watching superhero shows/movies, playing snooker and darts.

Luke Brooks

Administration Assistant

Having grown up in Norwich, shortly after completing his A-Levels Luke began working for Adrian James Acoustics as the Company Administrator. Throughout his time at the company, Luke also completed a number of qualifications in Business Administration which has ultimately helped him gain a wide range of knowledge and experience within the field. In May 2017, Luke joined us as our new Administration Assistant. After working within an Administration based role for a number of years he has brought multiple key skills to the team, as well as a high level customer service experience. Outside of work, Luke has a passion for mixed-martial arts. Having trained in multiple disciplines for a number of years he has also competed in numerous tournaments. In his spare time Luke enjoys travelling, running, and socialising with friends.
