Having grown up in Gloucestershire, Aaron completed his A-levels and an HND in Business Management before holding the position of Support Team Manager for a Cheltenham based IT company. Aaron moved to Norwich in 2006 and started working for Computer Service Centre as a member of our Support team. Further to completing his A+ and Network+, Aaron is currently Support Department Manager and his responsibilities include managing the Support team, ensuring all cases are resolved promptly and accurately, as well as liaising with all customers to maintain a high level of customer care. Aaron is a keen Rugby player and is Captain of the Norwich Rugby Club 1st XV.
Scott joined the Software Department at Computer Service Centre in January 2013 having spent the previous 7 years running his own successful software development business. With a total of 17 years in software development and an Advanced BTEC diploma in IT, Scott brought with him not only a wealth of experience but also formal training to underpin his knowledge. Scott would describe himself as a ‘broom cupboard hobbyist’ and spends his free time designing machines such as a 3D-CnC machine, true-colour LED display units and a hydrogen generator. Scott is an enthusiastic racquet-sport competitor and has played badminton in Suffolk league one.
Ryan joined our Software department in 2012, having previously studied at City College Norwich and achieving a first class degree in Business Computing at the University of East Anglia. Ryan’s responsibilities include .NET development and building complex web applications to suit the requirements of our clients. With experience in customer-facing roles in the retail sector, Ryan brings with him an enthusiasm for ensuring that our customers are happy with the solution we deliver and prides himself on timely project delivery. In his free time, Ryan enjoys football, keeping fit and is a keen supporter of Liverpool FC.
Before joining Computer Service Centre, Richard lived in Cyprus and moved back to Norwich in his late teens where he completed his A-Levels. Richard joined our Support team in August 2004 and moved to our Installations team in 2009. Richard’s primary role is to ensure all web facing services, such as web hosting as well as virtual and dedicated servers are fully secure and operational at all times. Along with other industry certifications, Richard has achieved both A+ and Network+ certifications.
Nigel joined Computer Service Centre in October 2014 having previously worked in the IT department of a Formula 1 team for 5 years. Nigel has gained several IT certifications over the past 9 years including CompTia A+, CompTia N+ and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate. In his spare time Nigel enjoys playing and watching most sport, especially football and cricket.
After attending Sprowston High School and growing up in Norwich, Jonathan started working for a local IT company before working in the internal IT department of a large local firm of consulting engineers, where he was employed for eight years. Jonathan joined Computer Service Centre as a Support Technician in January 2010 and provides telephone, remote and on site support to our customers. In 2015, Jonathan moved to the Cloud Department, in his new role as a Cloud Engineer.
Toby joined us in December 2013 as a Software Developer responsible for the maintenance and continued development of existing solutions. Although a software development enthusiast for many years, Toby focused his education on his other passion - music and composition - and is a talented musician holding both Bachelors and Masters degrees in this field. Since making the decision to forge a career in IT, Toby has worked in a range of roles that encompass solutions, support and software giving him a wide understanding of the services we provide to our clients. Outside work and music Toby is a fitness enthusiast, photographer and mechanic.
After completing a foundation degree in Financial Services, David worked for the last 7 years for a large Insurance Broker bringing solutions to Contact Centre staff by completing internal projects in a range of areas. Joining the Cloud team as a Developer, he is responsible for the maintenance and continued development of existing solutions. Outside work, David cycling, music and spending time with his family.
Martin joined us in December 2016 as a Software Developer to contribute to development of new and existing solutions. Martin has a been working on real-time mission critical business systems since 2009 and has always been a development enthusiast. Martin completed a HND in computing in 2006 and brings with him a wealth of experience coupled with a competitive formal education. Martin would describe himself as a gastronome, enjoying cuisines and beverages form around the world and never afraid to try new dishes especially in their local environment. He also enjoys trying to recreate some of these at home with his own twist!
Before Jack joined Computer Service Centre, Jack volunteered as a Computer Engineer at the John Innes Centre. Whilst doing so, Jack managed to complete an Advanced Diploma in IT in conjunction with City College Norwich. In his spare time, Jack enjoys playing video games, socialising with friends, as well as having a keen interest in new technology.
