Russell grew up in Thetford and attended West Suffolk College where he attained a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Science. Prior to working for Computer Service Centre, Russell worked for a local multimedia company in their internal IT support department, then in a similar role for a domestic repair services company. Russell joined Computer Service Centre as a Project Engineer and further to gaining his A+ and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator certification, Russell was appointed Installations Department Manager. Russell’s role consists of managing the Installations team, which includes overseeing network and server installations and managing our Data Centre.
Matt grew up in Wymondham and attended Wymondham High School before working in the financial services sector. Matt started working for Computer Service Centre in November 2005 and is currently an Account Manager. Matt’s responsibilities include assessing our customers’ IT needs and working with our various departments to make sure that appropriate solutions are recommended to our customers. Matt is a Microsoft Office Specialist and Microsoft Licencing Sales Expert. Outside work, Matt is a keen footballer and cricketer.
Simon joined the team in March 2013 to strengthen the hands-on IT experience within the Solutions team. He is a Microsoft Licencing Sales Specialist and certified Prince 2 Practitioner. Simon brings recent experience of completely overhauling the entire IT infrastructure of a £25m-turnover local business, including integrating on-premise and cloud-based services. A published photographer and keen traveller, he will be working alongside Matt and Leon to help our Tier One clients marry business challenges with technical solutions.
Jason started work for Computer Service Centre as a member of our Support team in October 2005. With a total of twelve years experience in the IT industry, prior to working for Computer Service Centre, Jason worked as an IT Engineer for a large national company. Having gained his A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer 2000 and Avaya phone systems certifications, Jason is an Engineer in the Installations department, where he installs servers and networks.
Having grown up in Martham, Lee completed his BTEC National Diploma Business ICT at East Norfolk Sixth Form. Lee started working at Computer Service Centre in our Support department as a Support Technician in November 2005 and has since gained his A+ and Network+ certifications. Lee is currently a member of the Installations team, where his responsibilities include configuring computers, printers, servers and networks. Outside work, Lee is a climbing and cycling fanatic and also plays in a band.
Originally from Hertfordshire, Andy moved to Norfolk in 1999 where he continued his education at Caister High School, before attending Great Yarmouth College where he completed his Advanced Vocational Certificate of Education in IT and an AS level in Electronics. Having gained 8 years’ experience in IT support as in-house IT Support Technician for a local estate agency and then a local IT support company, Andy joined Computer Service Centre as a Support Technician in July 2011. Outside work, Andy enjoys cycling and occasional power kiting.
Having been born and bred in Norfolk, Kevin studied Electrical engineering at Great Yarmouth College. For the last 8 years, he has worked for a family-run IT business in North Norfolk and brings a wealth of customer service and IT support knowledge to the team. He has already gained MCP status, including 4 MTAs and Server Virtualization using Hyper-V, with the aim of completing his CompTIA A+ and N+ very soon. Outside of work he enjoys snowboarding, Formula 1 and Geocaching with his wife and dog.
Having grown up in Norfolk, Dean attended Acle High School and joined Computer Service Centre after successfully completing his GCSE’s. Dean is keen to develop his IT knowledge and to begin with, this will be achieved whilst working in our Installations department. As well as his apprenticeship, Dean will be completing the Comptia A+ and Network+ certifications. Outside work, Dean enjoys various sports and is also a well-respected NCO within the Army Cadet Force.
Kyle grew up in South Africa and moved to London in 1999. Following the completion of his schooling, he embarked on a career in IT; After 12 years working within a Multinational Investment Bank in London he has recently relocated to Norwich with his young family. Having achieved his CompTia A+, Server+ and Network+ alongside his Microsoft Windows 7 MCSA, he is now working towards his Server 2012 R2 full certification. He has two young sons for which most of his spare time is now devoted. Kyle’s other passions include nature, rugby and a love of dogs.
