David comes from a strong customer service and service management background, progressing to a management role in Aldi, and then Aviva. A fluent German speaker with a keen interest in business and technology, David is a climbing enthusiast with a strong aversion to cake.
Leon moved to Stalham in his childhood and attended Stalham High School. Before working in IT, Leon worked in the financial services sector for several market leading firms. Leon joined our Solutions team in July 2008 as an Account Manager and is responsible for ensuring our customers’ IT requirements are fulfilled. Leon’s role includes discussing IT solutions and strategy as our customers’ IT needs change and grow. Leon is a Microsoft Licensing Sales Specialist which allows him to ensure that we offer the best and most cost effective licensing model to each of our valued clients.
After attending Aylesbury Technical College, where he achieved a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies, Evan embarked on a career in IT. Evan now brings with him 20 years of broad range experience from within the IT sector. Evan has attained various professional and academic certifications including MCP, CCNA and more recently a BSc in computing and IT subjects. Outside of work Evan enjoys sport and socialising. As a keen trail runner he trains whenever possible though his primary concern is spending time with his young family.
After completing a BA Hons Degree in business studies at the University of Plymouth, Emily has established a strong customer service career with market leading companies before joining Computer Service Centre in 2016. Following time with Amazon as an assistant buyer during her earlier career, Emily now brings with her key account management skills as a customer experience manager with Brandbank. A keen runner outside of work Emily enjoys travelling and taking in different cultures, especially the music.
With over 38 years of experience in IT, both as a senior manager and IT management consultant, Mark brings with him a wealth of technical knowledge. Wanting to move closer to home, he has joined us from The Economist Group newspaper in London where his role as Global IT Services Director has honed his experience with project and change management, whilst being able to keep the continued operation of the business at the heart of his work. Having previously spent 11 years in IT consulting, Mark has worked with a wide range of businesses in order to achieve customer and business objectives. With his extensive knowledge of both voice and data networks he is a keen adopter of technology and is able to translate his knowledge into strategic business needs. When not in the office, Mark spends his spare time on his boat, riding one of his motorbikes or fishing.
Matt started his career with a large commercial airline, which is where he developed a strong passion and understanding for quality customer service. After a few years Matt decided to expand on his customer service skills but within the sales environment, which lead him to a career change working for one of Europe’s largest AV distributors, where he progressed to looking after their Key Accounts. He has since had a couple of roles and has expanded his IT knowledge and technical skills which will assist him greatly within his role at Computer Service Centre. Outside of work, Matt is a keen Gym goer, enthusiastic cook and slightly obsessed with the horror film genre.
James moved to Norfolk in 1997 whilst in the RAF serving as a Radar Operator. After leaving the forces in 2001, he has worked in various IT Management roles for Aviva and Hewlett Packard. In his spare time James enjoys travelling and most sports. He enjoys keeping fit through playing table tennis and running half marathons!
Rachel has built a career in account management with a focus on always delivering excellent customer service. Whilst previously working at Brandbank, Rachel progressed through various commercial roles and managed retail clients such as Sainsbury's and Nisa. Outside of work and having recently just got back into the sport, Rachel can be found playing hockey for her local club. She also likes to play badminton and enjoys going to comedy shows.
