The Requirement
Glasstox contacted Computer Service Centre when the company was formed, requiring a network that would support their need for a centrally controlled, stable and reliable computer system, which would connect their multi-site operation and remote users.
The Solution
Our solution was based on our MPLS network rolled-out across their many branches. This has allowed Glasstox to benefit from the features of a centralised Terminal Server and telephony system housed in our Data Centre. Each branch is fitted with low-maintenance Thin Client terminals and IP Phone handsets. This solution essentially turns every desktop into a ‘hotdesk’ and means that Glasstox staff are able to work at any site with ease. We continue to support and provide hardware to Glasstox and are responsible for their ongoing IT strategy.
