Many of our customers find the management and renewal of their domain names a headache whilst acknowledging the need to maintain these domains for the good of their business. We can look after your domain names for you, saving you the hassle of setting the DNS records to the correct values and remembering when to renew them. If you haven’t got a domain and you need some help choosing or registering one, a member of our team can advise and register one on your behalf.

Hosting

Our purpose built Data Centre allows us to offer our customers the choice of Linux or Windows hosting platforms for their website based on a cPanel and WHM configuration or Plesk shared hosting environment respectively. These are both comprehensive control panel solutions used by leading hosting providers worldwide for shared, virtual and dedicated hosting. Each control panel has been designed to simplify the management and administration of websites and allows our customers a high level of control over their account.

Linux Update Service

All of our Linux servers are updated using cPanel System Update which enables us to apply patches globally to our infrastructure in a controlled manner. Our in-house team approve updates and test them on our development platform prior to applying them to the live environment.

Windows Update Service

All of our Windows servers are updated using Windows Server Update Service (WSUS) which enables us to apply patches globally to our infrastructure in a controlled manner. Our in-house team approve updates and test them on our development platform prior to applying them to the live environment.
