Continual Care Packages

We do not consider the creation of your website simply a development task, but also an on-going commitment made by us to ensure your website remains relevant and fit for the purposes of your business. Computer Service Centre is dedicated to maintaining and supporting your website for the extent of its life. Therefore, with this in mind, we have put together a number of Continual Care Packages that we are confident will enable you to leverage the most value from your website with the least amount of effort.

Continual Care – Option One

This level is the base care level that is required to allow us to provide and support your website and is ideal for those customers who are unlikely to need updates to their website. This package includes:

• Website hosting our in purpose built Data Centre
• Email address and email hosting
• Website and hosting environment support by our in-house dedicated Support department
• Necessary system updates, security patches and environment upgrades
• Proactive Monitoring to ensure your website is active and functioning at all times
• Access to our Content Management System to allow you to edit your own website (where applicable)

Continual Care – Option Two

Though not always the case, a website can often benefit from frequent changes and often such changes are necessary to accommodate the dynamic nature of your business. This level of care is likely to appeal to customers who will make regular small changes to their website. It is important to note that within this level of care we will conduct a quarterly Search Engine Optimisation review. This package includes:

Everything as Continual Care – Option One plus:

• Unlimited minor content edits per month by our Software department (subject to reasonable usage)
• Quarterly core Search Engine Optimisation review to ensure your website remains visible and navigable by Search Engine Crawlers
• Quarterly website health check, checking for broken links and non-functional interactive elements

Continual Care – Option Three

This level of service is of most benefit to our customers who are likely to require frequent large changes to their website. Customers who would benefit most from this level of service are those whose businesses experience frequent change or are undergoing a period of expansion. This package includes:

Everything as Continual Care Option 1 & 2 plus:

• The addition of up to one new static content page per month by our software department
• Quarterly site traffic analysis allowing you to view, in a readable format, where your website is performing and which pages or elements are underperforming

Monthly Site Traffic Analysis

For many customers, the ability to analyse customer activity on their website is invaluable. Being able to identify where your customers originate from, how they interact with your website and which pages fail to convert ‘browsers’ to ‘purchasers’ can make a considerable difference to your profitability. With this in mind, we offer a monthly site traffic analysis to all customers as an add-on to their Continual Care Package.
