Robert joined Computer Service Centre as a Support Engineer in early 2012 bringing with him a wealth of knowledge gained from his 10 years’ experience in the IT sector. After attending West Suffolk College, where he achieved a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies, Robert embarked on a career in IT and has since achieved Comptia A+, Network+, and Security+ qualifications. Originally from Essex and more recently Bury St Edmunds, Robert relocated to Norwich in 2011. In his spare time Robert enjoys watching Formula 1, playing video games, and is a keen snowboarder.
Ben attended Sir John Leman High School in Beccles, where he completed an ICT & Business Studies A-level before attending City College Norwich where he completed his Advanced Diploma in IT Practitioner Level 3 course in 2009. Ben joined Computer Service Centre as an apprentice in our Support Department in September 2009. After completing the apprenticeship Ben joined the Support Department before moving into the Installation Department. In December 2014 Ben moved back to the Support Department and became the 1st Line Team Leader. Outside work, Ben enjoys spending time with his young family and is a member of Gillingham Cricket Club as well as recently taking up snowboarding.
Scott left Norfolk in 1999 and has been working up and down the country in various IT positions. Scott was In his previous role for 8 years in London, working for one of the largest ISP’s in the country. Scott has a young family, is a big music lover and is currently rejuvenating his love of vinyl and building his collection. He is also a keep photographer and camper, attending a number of festivals.
Daniel completed his Level 5 BTEC Higher National Diploma in Computing and has since completed his CCNA1, CompTia A+ and N+. Daniel previously worked at a large car manufacturer in Norfolk and is used to working with complex IT systems, including those of the car manufacturer's Formula 1 team. Since working at Computer Service Centre Daniel has progressed into the 2nd line support team.
After leaving school Ross completed the Vocational Certificate of Education in ICT and an AS level in Business studies at Great Yarmouth College. Following College, he has spent several years within customer service roles which he brings to the Support Department. More recently, Ross completed his CompTIA A+ and Network+ and is focused in achieving his Microsoft 2012 MCSA as soon as possible. In his spare time Ross enjoys gaming, watching football and motorsports, especially Formula 1.
Laszlo followed his passion for IT by joining our team as a Support Technician in 2014. Bringing with him a wealth of experience in customer service in the hospitality and insurance sectors, and having held management roles in a large restaurant chain, Laszlo is very focused on delivering client satisfaction. His enthusiasm for resolving client issues is backed up with his Comptia A+, N+ and Microsoft certifications. Originally from Hungary, Laszlo has lived in Norwich for 11 years before moving back to his home country and enjoys keeping active at the gym when he is not spending time with his young family.
Adam has recently left higher education completing his ICT BTEC with a distinction star. Adam joined Computer Service Centre in September 2014 as an apprentice, aiming to complete his apprenticeship as well as the CompTIA A+ within his first year. Recently, Adam won a competition with ASUS ROG for his custom water-cooled PC. In his spare time he teaches karate to all levels and ages several evenings a week. Adam achieved his 1st dan Shotokan karate black belt at the age of 11 and 2nd dan at the age of 13. He is also a keen online gamer.
George completed his A levels in 2015 and joined the company shortly after. George is currently working on his Level 3 Apprenticeship, which will be completed at the end of the year. In his spare time George enjoys gaming, relaxing with friends and learning about new technologies.
Mark brings another dynamic to the team, bringing experience from his previous role in EPOS support. Outside of work, he spends the majority of time with his family. He has two young children which he likes to make the most of in his spare time. Mark’s other hobbies include football, motorsport and a love of music.
Francis moved to Norfolk in 2000, having lived in Zimbabwe and Botswana for much of his life. Before emigrating, Francis achieved a BA degree and Graduate Certificate in Education. Francis has since achieved his CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCSA:2003, CCNA and an MSc Network Security qualification. Francis has worked in IT for over 10 years at several local schools and colleges and gained a comprehensive knowledge in all things IT. Outside of work, Francis is a keen cyclist and is a member of the Hethersett Velo club.
Mark joined the Support team at Computer Service Centre in December 2012 as a Support Technician. Mark’s knowledge has been gained over 5 years working within the IT sector whilst also having completed qualifications including a GNVQ in IT, BTEC National Diploma in ICT, MCP, MCDST, CompTia A+ and CompTia Network+. In his spare time Mark enjoys badminton, computer gaming and loves Formula 1 racing.
2nd Line Support Technician Jason has followed his passion for IT by joining our support team and after working for over a year in our 1st line team he has recently moved in to our 2nd line team. Jason brings a wealth of customer services experience having worked at a national financial provider for eight years. Jason has completed his CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications and is currently completing his Microsoft Server certifications. Jason loves most sports, in his spare time he enjoys karting, snowboarding and spending time with family & friends.
Shannon joined Computer Service Centre after completing her BTEC level 2 Diploma in IT and Telecoms via an apprenticeship. Previous to Shannon’s apprenticeship, she completed AS levels in Spanish, Psychology and Photography. Shannon still has a keen interest in photography and Spanish, spending her spare time taking and editing photos or brushing up on her Spanish. Shannon also likes spending her spare time gaming, attending comic cons and socialising with friends.
Hannah has recently joined Computer Service Centre as a Support Apprentice, aiming to complete her Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT and her CompTia A+. Before this Hannah was a Prison Officer at HMP Wayland, and in 2015 she left this role to do some travelling in New Zealand and Asia. In her spare time Hannah enjoys photography, video gaming and riding her motorcycle.
Karl studied at the Lowestoft Sixth Form College and achieved the highest grade within the BTEC ICT course. Alongside the course Karl volunteered at the Lowestoft Local Links, in which his position was to manage the communication and timetables between the students and managers. Karl’s hobbies are gaming, socialising with friends and improving his technological skills, such as building and managing a homelab server.
Antony moved to Norfolk in 2014 after living in Birmingham for most of his life. Antony graduated from Birmingham City University with a Bsc (Hons) in Forensic Computing. Since then he has worked in various IT roles within Government, Education and Construction Sectors across the Country. He joined Computer Service Centre in 2017 working as a Support Technician. Antony is currently studying towards his CompTIA A+ and Network + qualifications. Outside of work Antony enjoys running, going to concerts, travelling and cooking.
Niall moved to Norfolk in 2004 after he graduated from Lancaster University with a Bsc (Hons) in Combined Technology. Since then he has worked in various IT roles within the Finance sector and Healthcare software. He joined Computer Service Centre in 2017 working as a Support Technician. Niall is currently studying towards his CompTIA A+ and Network + qualifications. Niall's hobbies include photography, gaming and video editing.
Brian studied at Paston College and achieved A-levels in maths, physics, chemistry and accounting. After this he spent five years in a Customer Service team before moving into an IT support role. He worked in this role for four and a half years before joining CSC in July 2017. Brian is currently studying towards CompTIA A+ and Network+ qualifications. Outside of work Brian enjoys running, gaming and socialising with friends.
Steve has recently joined Computer Service Centre as a Support Technician, having spent several years working in various customer service & IT roles for the Financial, Telecommunication and Construction sectors. Steve brings with him a wealth of valuable IT experience as well as excellent customer service experience. Steve is currently studying towards his CompTIA A+ and Network + qualifications. Outside of work Steve enjoys spending quality time with his young family, socialising with friends, running, both playing & watching football and gaming when he can.
Harry has recently joined Computer Service Centre as a Support Technician. He brings with him IT and Customer Service experience from a variety of sectors, most recently within healthcare. Harry enjoys learning new technologies and skills, and is looking forward to the variety of systems supported. He is currently working towards his CompTIA A+ and Network+ qualifications. Outside of work Harry has a van that he is converting into a camper, and has a home-lab setup he uses to experiment with new technologies. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, and running when he can.
