New 1st Line Support Technician - Karl Casteleiro

We are pleased to announce the arrival of Karl Casteleiro who has joined our Support Department as a 1st Line Support Technician.

Karl studied at the Lowestoft Sixth Form College and achieved the highest grade within the BTEC ICT course. Alongside the course, Karl volunteered at the Lowestoft Local Links to manage the communication and timetables between the students and managers. Karl’s hobbies are gaming, socialising with friends and improving his technological skills, such as building and managing a homelab server.
